Deep and mysterious
Charterhouse is deep in caving country. Our instructors deliver a wide range of courses for aspirant cavers wishing to explore the nether world of Mendip to cave leaders requiring qualification in supervising groups underground.Caving provides a challenging activity that is great fun to do with friends or colleagues and it is a worthwhile and rewarding pastime in its own right.
The geology of Mendip is fascinating and caving is no doubt the best way to explore this subject in depth.
